1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the jlmm ph website accessible at jlmmph.org, including all games, features, tools, and services offered therein.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the jlmm ph Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the jlmm ph Platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jlmm ph Platform, creating an Account, or using any service offered by jlmm ph, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

3 Eligibility

jlmm ph reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

4 Account Registration

To access Real Money Games on jlmm ph, you must create a registered Account. During registration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• Maintain and promptly update your Account information to ensure it remains accurate and current at all times.
• Register only one (1) Account per person. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited.
• Not register on behalf of another person or allow any third party to use your Account.

jlmm ph reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC – Know Your Customer) checks at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing withdrawals, or upon reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity. You agree to cooperate fully with any such verification process.

Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of any balance held therein.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jlmm ph Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your jlmm ph Account and not reuse passwords from other services.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify jlmm ph customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

jlmm ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified us of a security breach in a timely manner.

jlmm ph may, at its sole discretion, enable or require two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional Account security. Players are encouraged to activate 2FA where available.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jlmm ph are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya (PayMaya), and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, as well as debit cards issued by Philippine banks.
• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified in the Platform's banking section and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible, as an anti-money laundering measure.
• jlmm ph reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including proof of identity and proof of payment method ownership.
• Processing times vary by payment method. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

jlmm ph offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed account verification and meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• jlmm ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.
• Players found to be abusing bonuses — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit promotional terms, or any other form of bonus fraud — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts suspended.
• jlmm ph's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding.

Specific promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal events, are governed by their own individual terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion. Players are encouraged to read all applicable terms before opting into any promotion.

8 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the jlmm ph Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

• All Real Money Games on jlmm ph use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• Live dealer games are streamed in real time and are subject to the rules of the specific game variant being played.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game, jlmm ph will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. However, jlmm ph cannot guarantee the outcome of any interrupted game session.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlmm ph Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional terms.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or technology used by jlmm ph.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the jlmm ph Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, user interface designs, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of jlmm ph or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the jlmm ph Platform without our prior written consent.
• The jlmm ph name, logo, and all associated brand elements are trademarks of jlmm ph. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlmm ph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service offered therein.
• Any technical errors, malfunctions, or data loss occurring on the Platform, provided that jlmm ph takes reasonable steps to resolve such issues promptly.
• Any decisions made by you in reliance on information provided on the Platform, including game odds, RTP rates, or promotional terms.

The jlmm ph Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

12 Responsible Gaming

jlmm ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Players. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously.

• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Accounts at any time through the Account settings panel.
• Players may request a temporary cooling-off period or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform by contacting jlmm ph customer support.
• jlmm ph enforces a strict 21+ age policy. Any Player found to be under the age of 21 will have their Account immediately closed and any deposits refunded in accordance with applicable regulations.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

jlmm ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the Player without valid cause.
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional terms.
• Use of prohibited software or automated tools.
• At the Player's own request, including for responsible gaming purposes.

Upon Account termination, any real money balance remaining in the Account (after deducting any bonus funds and amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to jlmm ph customer support for informal resolution. jlmm ph will endeavor to resolve all disputes within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players may also have the right to refer complaints to PAGCOR in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations.

Nothing in this clause shall limit jlmm ph's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement of its intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights.
